Rip off and waste of time by Anthony S. at InsiderPages

I went to them to get a catalytic converter replaced and asked for a quote. Immediately they put my car on the lift and after waiting for 20 mintues they told me 200 dollars (ON SALE!... i think everything is always on sale there). I had been to other places that charged me only 120 dollars and are BMW specific. so I told him no thanks, please lower my car. He was hesitant and kept bargaining. After about a half hour of me telling him no no no, he said he would do it for 120 dollars. Because I was referred to them I gave them the benefit of the doubt and it was already on the lift. Bad decision, it took them almost 4 hours to get the thing together and didnt know what they were doing. Needless to say I have to go back to the original place I normally had gone for them to fix the mistakes. While I was waiting, I had the pleasure of witnessing 3 other disgruntled customers complaining about stuff with him. Dont go here if you want anything exhaust related. If you want tire service, head over to American Tire Depot on Colorado Blvd. in eagle rock. MUCH MUCH better service and honest guys. PROS: Close to the freeway CONS: everything else
